Our passionate Educators are all trained in Early Childhood Education and hold a valid Early Childhood Educator certificate, The owner holds a valid Early Childhood/Infant Toddler/Special Needs Educator certificate. All Educators are trained in first aid, and must have a clear criminal record check upon hiring.

Hi, my name is Brianna Winters and I am the owner of Colour My World Childcare. I am an Early Childhood/Infant/Toddler/Special Needs Educator and have been in the childcare field for 12 years. I have lived in Kamloops my whole life, however I moved to Kelowna from 2014-2016 to work in a large childcare facility.
I am passionate about Early Childhood Education and teaching young children. I love being on the floor and interacting with the children, however I wouldn’t pass up an opportunity to sit back and observe them. One of my favorite things as an Educator is to create pedagogical narrations (learning stories) to share with families. It’s a great way to show families what their child is learning and engaging in throughout the day.
Another one of my favorite things as an Educator is Professional Development. I love attending workshops and seminars to further my education and bring new ideas back to the programs. I love connecting with other Educators and collaborating ideas. To be a part of a group of Educators that are just as passionate about this field as I am, is an incredible feeling.
Kassy Rodgers
Hi I am Kassy Rodgers. I graduated as an ECE from College of the Rockies. I have officially been in the field since 2013. Before i finished my schooling I helped my mom with her in home non licensed center. I am very passionate about teaching children. It is a very rewarding field that I am so happy to be a part of.
